Terms of Service
Effective October 24, 2026
These terms cover your use of digitalpikas.com, operated by Digital Pikas LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Using the site means you accept them.
What this site is
An information site. It describes lead generation services, offers free tools, and provides a way to book a conversation.
Nothing on it is an offer to enter a contract, and nothing on it creates a client relationship. A client relationship begins when a separate written agreement is signed by both sides.
The forecasters
The forecasting spreadsheets are provided free, as they are, for your own use.
They are models. They take numbers you supply and apply arithmetic to them. Their output is an estimate built on your assumptions, not a projection of what your business will do, and not a promise of any result.
Use them, change them, share them inside your organization. What you may not do is sell them, or present them as your own product.
No guarantee of results
Marketing outcomes depend on your offer, your market, your pricing, your sales process, your competitors and your timing. Most of that sits outside the reach of any system built for you.
Case studies on this site describe what happened for specific clients under specific conditions. They are accurate. They are not a forecast of your result.
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax or accounting advice.
Paid engagements
The terms of any paid work are set out in the written agreement for that engagement: the scope, the price, the schedule, and what each side owes the other. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
Prices mentioned on this site are indicative and may change. A quoted price is binding once it appears in a signed agreement, and not before.
What belongs to whom
The text, design, code, graphics and case studies on this site belong to Digital Pikas LLC. You may read, quote and link to them with attribution. Republishing them wholesale, or using them to build a competing service, is not permitted.
Your copy of a forecaster is yours. The data you enter into it is yours. Material created for you under a signed engagement is covered by that agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into, disrupt, overload or probe this site. Do not scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others. Do not use the forms to send anything unlawful, and do not submit an email address that is not yours or that you are not authorized to use.
Services run by other companies
This site links to and opens services operated by others: Google Calendar for scheduling, Stripe for the Lead Flow Review payment, Kit for email, Google Sheets for the forecasters, LinkedIn.
Those services have their own terms and their own privacy practices. Digital Pikas does not control them, is not responsible for them, and cannot answer for what they do with information you give them directly. The privacy policy describes what each one is used for.
Availability
The site is provided as it is and as it is available. Reasonable care is taken to keep it accurate and running. No promise is made that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that every figure on it is current at the moment you read it.
Content may be changed or removed at any time.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Digital Pikas LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the free tools on it, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid Digital Pikas LLC in the twelve months before the claim, which for a visitor using the free tools is zero.
This limit does not apply to anything the law does not permit to be limited.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The effective date at the top changes when they are. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes are subject to the courts of Texas.
